Our off the shelf and bespoke Cavity Tray products are
manufactured in our factory in Hitchin, Hertfordshire in
England.

Our CODA Products Ltd design team have designed and
developed all of our Cavity Tray products.

Our Cavity Trays are made from Grade 304 Stainless
Steel. Our systems are also available in Grade 316
Stainless Steel on request.

Any new buildings that exceed 18m in height using an SFS (Steel
Framing System).

Our Cavity Trays are made from the highest grade of stainless steel and will stay rust free.
To eliminate condensation we provide CODA Weep Vents which are required in the
construction process.

Our CODA Weep Vents allow water and condensation to flow and
drain out of the building structure.

Everbuild Everflex AC95 sealant, 50mm Arbo FR-FS Fire Tape and S-MD 53 5 Self Drilling Metal Screws.

Our Cavity Trays should overlap vertically by a minimum of 50mm, and horizontally by a minimum of
150mm.
