The A1 Non-Combustible Cavity Tray was the first product Coda Products brought to the building and construction market to solve common problems on-site. Our understanding
of the challenges contractors face during each building project has enabled us to expand its product catalogue to offer Cavity Tray Lintels, Weep Vents and Windposts from 2024.
Our Cavity Tray products give you a complete kit to eliminate the possibility of fire travelling upwards through cavity walls in building that you are constructing, or have the
responsibility for the safety of buildings that are under construction. This system had been tested and supplied in different architectural types of buildings, the design was improved
and adapted to resolve site issues and concerns

INNOVATIVE DESIGN
The overlapping method provides all the necessary flexibility to the system. Using a bespoke product allows our team to plan and design in advance of the installation date.
The project is studied and discussed with the project designers in a way to achieve the most efficient solutions to all the possible challenges.
EASE OF INSTALLATION
Our Trays are designed using mainly two parts to allow for an easy and adjustable installation and overcome any possible construction tolerances.
Using the two parts allows the movement of the components in different directions without
compromising the system.
QUALITY MARERIAL
All elements are manufactured from Grade 304 Stainless Steel with A1 Classification, fire safety, which it retains at both very high and very low temperatures.
304 Stainless Steel has excellent corrosion resistance in many environments and when in contact with different corrosive media.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from all the staff at Coda Products. They were excellent at providing all the information we required in a timely manner and was also able to manufacture a few trays as a sample before the full batch was fabricated.
