Our Cavity Tray System is ingeniously designed for two-way adjustability, allowing for a ±50mm adjustment in cavity width. The longitudinal adjustment is effortlessly achieved by overlapping the two cavity tray elements. The system includes inner and outer corners, with adjustments utilising the straightforward overlapping technique as the straight cavity trays. Additionally, an end-stop element is used at the tray end, serving to stop lateral water flow.
There are three off-the-shelf cavity trays, each set has an upper and lower tray: standard cavity trays, external and internal corners, left and right end stops
Grade 316 Stainless Steel available on request (used in more corrosive environments, such as coastal areas).
Our CODA Products Non-Combustible Weep Vent is the perfect solution for draining water and moisture from building cavities. It is specifically designed to be placed on top of a cavity tray, ensuring that any collected moisture is expelled from the structure. Made from high-quality Grade 304 Stainless Steel, this vent is A1 non-combustible and meets the latest guidelines in Approved Document B.
It is fully compatible with Coda Cavity tray systems, providing a reliable and durable solution for managing moisture in construction projects.
