CODA Reveal Plates are designed to support the lower course of brickwork in a window reveal, enabling the wall to be constructed until it gains sufficient strength to support itself. These plates are intended to be built into the external leaf of the masonry. The plate is positioned on top of a mortar bed, and bricks are then laid on the main section of the plate. This setup provides the necessary strength to support the reveal brick, which is placed on the angled section of the plate. Once the initial course of brickwork is secured, the remaining brickwork can be laid and completed as usual.
CODA Products offer standard reveal plates in depths of 215mm and 327.5mm. For larger sizes or specific requirements, please contact the CODA Technical Department.
